All PPM activity is fully managed, and detailed budgeting is provided in advance, with annual review.

Provision of a minor reactive maintenance service utilising selected experienced vendors, as required, for resolving issues such as:

- Minor Electrical
- Flooring / Woodwork Repair
- Specialist Light Bulb Replacement
- Door Hardware / Lock Adjustment
- Minor Decorative Works
