All PPM activity is fully managed, and detailed budgeting is provided in advance, with annual review.

Provision of a minor reactive maintenance service utilising selected experienced vendors, as required, for resolving issues such as:

  • Flooring / Woodwork Repair
  • Specialist Light Bulb Replacement
